- Pharmacy Administration: Manages daily operations, resource allocation, staff training, and research.
- Pharmacy Stores: Handles warehousing, storage, and stock management, distributing drugs from bulk to active stores via a requisition process.
Specialized Units:
- Specialized Pharmaceutical Care: Provides tailored pharmacotherapy for individual patient needs.
- Drug Production Unit: Compounds extemporaneous preparations, reconstitutes methylated spirit, and produces 3% hypertonic saline and alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
- Drug Information Unit: Offers unbiased medicine-related information to healthcare practitioners, patients, and the public to optimize therapy outcomes.
